Group Benefits
HealthPartners Broker Bonus Program for Balance Level-Funded Plans
• Effective Dates: October 1, 2026 – January 1, 2027
Earn up to $2,000 per eligible group when you sell a new Balance level-funded plan with an effective date between October 1, 2026, and January 1, 2027.
Individual Health
Allstate Q4 Bonus Campaign
• Bonus Period: October 1, 2026 – January 15, 2027
After selling at least 10 Short-Term Medical (STM), Medical Expense Shield, or Access Core/Plus policies, earn bonuses paid back to the first policy. This includes $650 per Medical Expense Shield 36-month rate lock policy and $550 per 3-year STM policy.
2027 Ambetter Health Agent Incentive Program
New members with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2027, and Feb. 1, 2027, and active renewing members with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2027, will count toward the 2027 Ambetter Health Broker Bonus Program.
STM Bonus: New Armor Health Business with BCBSNE
• Effective Dates: January 1 – December 31, 2027
Earn up to $250 PMPY when you write new Armor Health business with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) with effective dates between Jan. 1, 2027, and Dec. 31, 2027.
You must sell 10 members to qualify. Bonuses will be calculated and paid quarterly.
Oscar 2027 New Member Bonus Program
• Bonus Period: November 1, 2026 – January 15, 2027
Earn bonuses on qualifying new member enrollments and, new this year, eligible renewals.
Write qualifying new Oscar member enrollments or help eligible current members renew between Nov. 1, 2026, and Jan. 15, 2027.
Early Bird: Qualifying initiations and active renewals written November 1-30 that complete required ID proofing are eligible for an early payout by Dec. 31, 2026.
Pivot Health Build More Q4 Bonus
• Bonus Period: September 1 – December 31, 2026 | Effective Dates: Through January 15, 2027
Earn more on longer-duration short-term medical policies, up to $350 per policy.
Pivot Health Go the Distance Q4 Bonus
• Bonus Period: September 1 – December 31, 2026 | Effective Dates: Through January 15, 2027
Earn more when you write multiple qualifying dental, vision, or supplemental policies, up to $60 per policy.
UnitedHealthOne Blast Off Q4 Incentive Program
• Qualification Effective Dates: October 1 – December 31, 2026
Submit at least 40 eligible UnitedHealthcare-branded product applications or eligible third-party non-insurance products and earn bonus payouts on top of your standard commission.

• Bonus Period: Calendar month; each production month stands on its own
5 ways to earn Medicare Supplement bonuses:
- $200 bonus for every Underwritten Med Supp policy sold* (Plan F Wellness Plus, Innovative Plan G Wellness Plus, Plan G Wellness Plus, Plan N Wellness Plus)
- $150 bonus for every Open Enrollment Innovative Plan G Wellness Plus policy sold
- $50 bonus for every Underwritten High Deductible Plan G Wellness Plus Med Supp policy sold
- $25 bonus for every Open Enrollment High Deductible Plan G Wellness Plus Med Supp policy sold
