Group Benefits
BCBSNE New Business Broker Bonus
• Qualification Effective Dates: Jan 1st, 2025 – December 31st, 2025
Receive a $25 bonus per enrolled member per year when you sell a qualifying group medical and pharmacy policy during the qualifying period. Receive a $10 bonus per enrolled member per year when you sell a qualifying group medical-only policy during the qualifying period.
BCBSMN New Sales Bonus
• Qualification Effective Dates: Oct 1st, 2025 – January 1st, 2026
The bonus is based on new medical sales with effective dates between October 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026. it requires a 20-contract minimum threshold be reached before the bonus becomes available.
Nationwide’s One More Time Agent Bonus
• Qualification Effective Dates: Oct 1st, 2025 – December 31st, 2025
The bonus is for any agent that has written one case with Nationwide in the last 3 year, but yet to write another one in 2025. Can earn up to $10,000!
Individual Health
Pivot’s Harvest Your Bonus
• Qualification Effective Dates: Oct 1st- December 31st, 2025
The baseline is 5 short-term medical policies with any combination of 180, 2×180, 364, 2×364, and 3×364 plans.* Once you reach the baseline, then the bonus will pay back to first app.
United National Life’s 4th Quarter Bonus Program
• Qualification Effective Dates: Oct 1st- December 31st, 2025
For qualified Shield Series Products- Submit 5-10 apps and get $50 per app, 11-25 apps and get $75 per app, submit 26+ and get $100 per app. If you submit 26 Qualified applications in Q4 you will recieve $2,600!
Allstate’s Health Solutions Short Term Medical
• Qualification Effective Dates: Oct 1st- January 15th, 2026
Sell 10+ eligible STM policies to start earning bonuses. The more you sell, the higher the bonus, with bonuses retroactively back to the first eligible policy during campaign.
United Healthcare’s The Comeback
• Qualification Effective Dates: September 1st- January 31st, 2026
Submit at least 20 eligible Golden Rule Insurance Co. product applications between September 1, 2025 – January 31,
2026 (issued by February 15, 2026), and you’ll earn bonus payouts on top of your standard commission. No cap. No
limits.
Ambetter’s Health Agent Member Incentive Program
• Qualification Effective Dates: January 1st, 2026-February 1st, 2026
New members with an effective date of January 1st, 2026, and February 1st, 2026, will count towards the Incentive Program. Active Renewing Members with an effective date of January 1, 2026, will count towards the Incentive Program.
