Friday, December 15th @ 4:30pm is the cutoff to submit paper applications to our office for individual off exchange business for Open Enrollment. If you have a piece of business that needs to be submitted after that time, please send it directly to the carrier. Please note: Medica will not accept direct applications beyond December
