Payment: The foundation will send an invoice to the email you provide that includes options to pay by credit card via PayPal or by check.

Pickup Options: T-shirts will be available for pickup at the Lanes for Lane event at Maplewood Lanes in Omaha, NE on May 7th. If you are not able to attend, you may pick up your shirt(s) from OCI’s office (4221 N 203RD ST STE 200, ELKHORN, NE 68022) during normal business hours after the date of event. Shipping is not available.
