Accident Organized Youth Sports Rider

For no additional cost, any covered dependent 18 years of age or younger would be eligible for this benefit if their injury was the result of an organized youth sporting event. They’ll receive a 25% increase of the accident benefit payable up to $1,000 per covered dependent per calendar year. This will be included for new and existing customers in approved states.*
