If you received an email from Ambetter indicating your Nebraska Total Care contract has been terminated, please note that this is correct as it was replaced with the Nebraska Celtic contract. Ambetter migrated appointed brokers to the Nebraska Celtic contract as long as they held an active Nebraska insurance license and FFM certification. |

Additional Reminder: Due to the Ambetter/Celtic branding change, Nebraska members who are currently on automatic payment in 2025 will need to make a proactive, one-time January “binder” payment to ensure their enrollments and benefits are active 1/1 (or subsequently 2/1 if enrolling past 12/15).
