An issue affecting some new GigCare Thrive members’ ID card production has delayed physical card issuance. Member coverage remains fully active.

In the meantime, members can pull their digital ID card through the Covered365 app or by calling Member Services at (866) 200-2513 (Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST).

Physical ID cards will be mailed within the next two weeks.
