Medicare Certifications for 2027 Are Now Available

Don’t risk your sales or commissions! If you’re in the Medicare market, CMS requires all agents to complete their annual AHIP and FWA training to stay compliant and ready to sell. Recertification is also necessary to continue receiving commissions on your existing business.

To meet CMS requirements for the 2027 plan year and maintain your selling privileges, please complete AHIP’s Medicare + Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training.

After completing your AHIP certification, you’ll need to finish each carrier’s individual training to sell in the upcoming year. Below is a list of OCI’s preferred Medicare Advantage and Cost Plan carriers with links to their training sites.

Once logged in, select the menu on the top lefthand side and navigate to “Certifications & Training”
From there, click the green button that says “Get Certified/Recertify”

The deadline for completion is September 30th.

Your username is your email with .securityhp after it. (Example: email@email.com.securityhp)
Enter the password previously created when registering for the Broker Training Portal.
Select Reset Password and enter your username if the password needs to be reset.
Once logged in click Launch to locate the 2027 BESHP CMS Certification.
