The Beverly Legacy of Service Award is intended to recognize the outstanding contributions of external partners of OCI, including carrier partners, agency partners, and other collaborators who demonstrate exceptional performance, collaboration, and commitment to the shared values that Beverly held dear to her. The award will be given to an individual whose work has had a lasting, positive impact on both their organization and the broader industry, embodying the spirit of excellence, integrity, and partnership.

Who can win this award?

  • The award is open to external partners of OCI, including carrier partners, agency partners, and other collaborators who work directly with OCI.

What do you win?

  • The winning nominee will receive $500 and a trophy. The winning nominator (OCI Employee) will receive $250. Both winners will also receive a gift basket filled with some of Beverly’s favorite things.

How do I nominate someone?

  • Please submit your nomination by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
  • Submissions must be made by April 1st.

Nomination Criteria for Recognition Awards

Please provide specific examples of how the nominee meets the criteria below. Explain how their contributions have positively impacted the team, organization, or community.
