Medica Medicare Supplement Applications Moving to Electronic-Only Submission Starting April 1

Beginning April 1, 2026, all Medica Medicare Supplement applications must be submitted electronically. Paper applications will no longer be accepted for submissions dated April 1 or later.

Medica is implementing this update to support a more streamlined, efficient, accurate, and consistent experience across application-submission channels for broker partners and applicants.

What you need to do:
Please make sure you are prepared to submit all Medicare Supplement plan applications electronically starting April 1. If you currently use paper applications, Medica encourages you to switch to the electronic platform ahead of the deadline to ensure a smooth transition.
