Medica’s new broker portal is coming Wednesday, May 13th.
The site was refreshed using broker feedback, ensuring easier navigation, single log ins for all lines of business, and a new broker admin view feature that allows admin to impersonate broker accounts.
IMPORTANT STEPS
A. Re-register for access
When the updated site goes live, you’ll be asked to re-register for access. This is a one-time re-registration and only takes a few minutes. Everyone will have to re-register, even if you previously had an account with Medica.
Click the “Create an Account” button on the login page to get started. This video will walk you through the registration process:
B. Multi-factor authentication
Medica added multi-factor authentication to help keep you and your client’s information safe. Each time you sign in, you’ll receive a security code on your mobile phone.
BROKER ADMIN VIEW (NEW)
This new feature lets designated admins sign in with their own account and access information on behalf of an agent. A Head of Agency (HOA) or individual broker can assign and admin directly in the system.
