Each year, OCI issues 1099 forms to qualifying agents and agencies based on IRS guidelines. To help you plan ahead, we’ve outlined the most common questions we receive and what you can expect.

Who gets one?

Any agent/agency who earned $600 or more in the calendar year and is not an S Corp, C Corp, or LLC-S/C.

How will you get your 1099 form?

In the mail per your address on file.

When are they sent?

1099 forms will be postmarked by January 31st.
