| As we approach this year’s Annual Enrollment Period, we are notifying you that Humana has made the difficult decision to not use agents to sell our Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
This Notice is to inform you that pursuant to the terms of your contract, Section 5.7, Products and Distribution Channels of the Humana Producer Contract (if applicable), or Section 1.1, Products, of the Marketing and Distribution Agreement (if applicable), effective November 9, 2025, all Humana Prescription Drug Plans will be removed from enrollment tools, with the exception of Humana.com and Medicare.gov for beneficiary self-service. Please note that there is no impact on existing PDP renewals or Humana plan-to-plan changes. We are confident in your ability to deliver exceptional results with the sale of Humana’s Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans, and Medicare Supplement Plans.
