Medica’s new Broker Portal is coming soon! In March you’ll experience a streamlined and flexible portal design that puts your needs first.

The site was refreshed using broker feedback, ensuring easier navigation, single log ins for all lines of business, and a new broker admin view feature that allows admin to impersonate broker accounts – saving you time and effort.

Important steps

  • When the updated site goes live, you’ll be asked to re-register for access. This quick, one‑time re‑registration will only take few minutes. Click the ‘Create an Account’ button on the login page to get started.
    • This video will walk you through the registration process. Keep in mind, everyone will have to re-register even if you previously had an account with Medica.
  • To help keep your and your client’s information safe, we’ve added multi‑factor authentication. Each time you sign in, you’ll receive a security code on your mobile phone.

Broker admin view (New!)

We’re excited to share we’ve added a feature that lets designated admins sign in with their own account and access information on behalf of an agent. A Head of Agency (HOA) or individual broker can assign an admin directly in the system.
